Embedded Form: not showing in mobile view

Dzień dobry,

Jakie mogą być powody tego, że formularz nie wyświetla się na stronie www, stworzonej w Word Press, w wersji mobilnej.

Początkowo formularz wyświetlał się dobrze, ale przestał.

W ustawieniach Word Press wydaje się, że wszystko powinno działać, pojawia się podgląd wyglądu strony na urządzeniach mobilnych jednak formularze nie wyświetlają się.

Proszę o informację co może być powodem.

Now, let me help you with your question. I tested the website, and I was able to replicate the issue. As a workaround, can you please try to re-embed the form using Iframe Code, let me show you how to do it:

• In Form Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish. 
• Click on Embed on the left side of your screen. 
• Click on IFRAME. 
• Click on </> COPY CODE
