Now, I'll help you with your question. I am not sure I understood your question, do you want to restrict access to the form? If this case, there are a few ways to execute what you're trying to achieve. You can change the form's Access Settings to private and publish the form using the "Invite by Email" option. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
- Under Quick Share, click the Settings link at the top-right of the form’s direct URL.
- Choose your Access Settings option.
You can also enable password protection on your form if you want. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Setting.
- Click Show More Options.
- Search and enable the Password Protection option.
- Set the password.

Hello,
I mean, I gave access to the Form to one associate, and I would like to cancel his access, so he won't be able to edit and see the form anymore. How could I do it?

Hi Lene,
Thanks for getting back to us. Regardless if you shared your form via Quick Share or Assign Form, revoking process is the same. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
- You will see the users you granted access to on the Invited By Email.
- Click on the added users and then click the vertical ellipses.
- You will see the option Revoke User if you click, the access will be revoked.

Hi Lene,
Thanks for getting back to us. I understand your situation. In that case, you need to delete the Collaboration API key via the settings of your account. Let me show you how:
- On the My Forms dashboard, click on the avatar icon in the top right corner.
- Select Settings from the options to open your account settings.
- Once in the account settings, go to the API section on the left task pane.
- Then from the list of authorized apps, click the X mark to delete the Collaboration API.
