Nie otrzymuję linku do resetowania hasła

zapomniałem hasła, przy resetowaniu nie otrzymuję linku na skrzynkę. W SPAM też nie ma. Konto na: marketing@kan-therm.com

Now, let me help you with your question. If you're trying to reset your password but are not receiving the password reset link to your email; your email domain may be filtering out messages from Jotform. I also checked our system but your email address is not included in our bounce list.

I suggest adding noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your mailbox's contact list to prevent it from filtering out emails from Jotform. Then, try resetting your Jotform password again, let me show you how to reset your Jotform password:

1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.

5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
