Jak dodać śledzenie parametrów UTM ?

Dzień dobry,

Chciałem uprzejmie poprosić o pomoc.

Jak mogę zachować, a następnie zobaczyć w odpowiedziach przesłanego do mnie formularza parametry UTM ?

Formularz Jotform nie jest wklejony na mój landing page, tylko jest "tradycyjnie" zamieszczony na domenie Jotform.

Ruch pochodzi z reklamy na FB -> Landing Page w mojej domenie -> formularz w domenie Jotform.com

Próbowałem zgodnie z tutorialem ustawić niewidoczne pola predefiniowane tagami UTM niestety bez powodzenia, przy nadesłanych odpowiedziach ich nie widzę.

I want to track UTM values in this form: https://form.jotform.com/231291858916365

I was trying to figure it out by myself, but I couldn't.

Traffic looks like: FB ads -> my Landing Page -> Jotform inside your domain

I want to know where exactly leads who submitted form are coming from.

I've created UTM boxes (hidden in my form) like in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1169377-how-to-track-url-utm-values-in-jotform - but it doesn't work ;/

Thank you for sharing to us the requested information. However, please understand that for the workaround described from here, the form needs to be embedded on a website. I assumed that you did embedded the form on your website.

Can you please share to us your FB page/landing page so that we can check how the form was embedded? If the steps from the guide mentioned was done correctly, your form embed code should have the URL link like this.

https://form.jotform.com/231757064719968?utm_source=Google&utm_medium=Google&utm_campaign=Google

Please understand that this is only the URL link source of the form. We still need to check which embed code you used in the landing page.

You can see that it does work properly and prefill the hidden fields with the value from the URL.
