As for your request about user name change, we can change the username for you. Please share at least 3 usernames and we'll update it as per your preference. Keep in mind usernames can only contain letters, numbers, and underscores.

Also, please keep in mind that any Custom URLs you have set up for your forms will become inactive, as they contain the old username.
