Free plan: Form Limit Inquiry

Dzień dobry,

w cenniku nie widzę informacji na temat tego, czy limit formularzy dotyczy liczby miesięcznej. Przykładowo, jeśli próbnie chciałabym skorzystać z opcji darmowej, to dostaję wtedy 5 formularzy na miesiąc, zgadza się?

Yes, I did see the price list. :) There is no information, however, on whether the free plan's limit on the quantity of forms used per month. That is the information I seek:)

Thanks for getting back to us. The 5 forms limit for the free plan is not per month, it's a lifetime unless there is a change in the plan allocation. If you wish to create more than 5 forms, you will need to disable an old form to accommodate the new one.
