    Dzień dobry!
    Zgłoszono mi, że klienci nie mogą wypełnić formularza pod linkiem: https://form.jotform.com/243232527150346

    Zajrzałem, więc do naszych formularzy na koncie i okazuje się, że nie ma tam formularza nie tylko tego, ale i kilkudziesięciu stworzonych ostatnio. Najnowszy formularz, który widzę na naszym koncie utworzono 22 maja 2023 roku.
    Proszę o pilne przyjrzenie się sprawie.

    Now, coming back to your question, I've checked the URL and the form is missing. Here's how to do it:

    1. Access your Account Security Page.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi! I gave you access to my account.
    After short investigation we are shure, that someone has deleted these forms on purpose.
    Could you check the IP number of the person who deleted these forms?

    Hi Studio ABM,

    I've checked it and all the forms you're referring to have been deleted on November 19th. It seems that these actions have been made through your account. You can check out this guide about How to View Your Account Activity Logs.

    Unfortunately, is not possible to check from which IP has been made an action but, you can check the last logins. From there, you'll be able to see the IPs and the dates of the recent logins.

    Unfortunately, since the forms have been purged, they have been permanently deleted. I've escalated your request to our developers to check if they can do something about it but, we can't assure you the result in this case.

    Thank you. Tables are especially crucial for us, because we use the data contained there in our daily work.
    For the future: can I make backups on my account? If yes, how to?

    Hi Studio ABM,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, you can make backups to your file through export your Jotform data in settings by clicking on the "Download my Data" in the Data section. Kindly refer to this guide, and the screenshot below:

    1. In your right corner, click your Profile.

    2. Click the Setting menu.

    And next, on your left side navigation

    1. Click first the Data Menu and,

    2. then click the Download My Data button

    Google Sheets integration as well if you want to push submissions data into Google sheets, so kindly check this guide.

    Hi,
    In previous correspondence, I asked about the possibility of data recovery. I just want to confirm whether it is or it's not possible to recover our forms and tables (because it is crucial in our daily work) that were intentionally deleted by someone.

    Hi Studio ABM,

    As my colleague mentioned, the forms were purged on November 19th, which typically means they can no longer be retrieved from our system. However, since you’ve clarified that this action wasn’t initiated by you and the purge happened recently, we’ve escalated this to our relevant team for further investigation. Note that we cannot guarantee that the forms can be restored.

    If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    I am coming back to this matter to make you aware of how important these tables are to us. It turned out that someone had hacked into our server and, using access, deleted, among others: data from your server on our account - the police are already dealing with the matter.

    If you need to pay for the data recovery service, we are ready to bear the costs.

    I've allready started to make backup of all my forms and tables from Jotform account.
    My boss is asking me how is situation with lost tables.

    Hi Studio ABM,

    Since the submissions have been manually deleted and purged, the chance to recover them is very low. This is not a data loss but a data deletion made manually and, this makes the recovery much more difficult. Unfortunately, there haven’t been any updates yet. We’ll let you know as soon as there’s an update.
