Dzień dobry!
Zgłoszono mi, że klienci nie mogą wypełnić formularza pod linkiem: https://form.jotform.com/243232527150346Zajrzałem, więc do naszych formularzy na koncie i okazuje się, że nie ma tam formularza nie tylko tego, ale i kilkudziesięciu stworzonych ostatnio. Najnowszy formularz, który widzę na naszym koncie utworzono 22 maja 2023 roku.
Proszę o pilne przyjrzenie się sprawie.

Now, coming back to your question, I've checked the URL and the form is missing. It seems that it has been deleted. To further investigate, it would be helpful if you could grant us access to your account. Here's how to do it:
- Access your Account Security Page.
- Scroll down to Jotform Support Access and set the toggle to ON.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

After short investigation we are shure, that someone has deleted these forms on purpose.
Could you check the IP number of the person who deleted these forms?Wawrzyniec Kubeczak

Hi Studio ABM,
I've checked it and all the forms you're referring to have been deleted on November 19th. It seems that these actions have been made through your account. You can check out this guide about How to View Your Account Activity Logs.
Unfortunately, is not possible to check from which IP has been made an action but, you can check the last logins. From there, you'll be able to see the IPs and the dates of the recent logins.

Unfortunately, since the forms have been purged, they have been permanently deleted. I've escalated your request to our developers to check if they can do something about it but, we can't assure you the result in this case.

Hi Studio ABM,
Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, you can make backups to your file through export your Jotform data in settings by clicking on the "Download my Data" in the Data section. Kindly refer to this guide, and the screenshot below:
1. In your right corner, click your Profile.
2. Click the Setting menu.
And next, on your left side navigation
1. Click first the Data Menu and,
2. then click the Download My Data button
Google Sheets integration as well if you want to push submissions data into Google sheets, so kindly check this guide.
