Hi Jedrzej,
Can you explain a bit more about sending an email to the person responsible for picking up the person at the event? Is it the person who fills out the form? or there's an option to add another email address for the person who will pick it up?

We can switch to English - no problem with that.
The first subject is clear then.
The second task is all about completing the form, which will activate the printer to print all the data from the form in a prepared template.
In the forms, there will also be a place to choose the “inviting person” who is responsible for picking up the guest from the reception desk.
When the form is completed, the chosen inviting person receives an email/notification that they have a guest waiting for them to be picked up.

Hi Jedrzej,
I understand what you want to do now. You can set up a Notification Email for the inviting person to receive. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add Email.
4. In the list that comes up, select Notification Email.
5. In the center of the next window, click on the Recipients tab.
6. Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field, and click on Save. That's it, you're done.
After that, you need to create a conditional logic using the Change Email Recipient to send the email to the inviting persons selected. Let me show you how:
- Click Settings on the orange navigation bar.
- On the left side menu, select Conditions and select Change Email Recipient.
- Set up the condition: IF the Email Address is Filled, Send Notification 1 and add the email address of your inviting persons.
- Then, click Save.

That is slowly closing the subject. Still I have two questions to ask for;
- My company would like to take out subscriptions. Is it possible to provide card number and have you collect the funds required for the subscription I have chosen? Will we receive an invoice?
- Are we able to ensure that in addition to e-mail notification to a specific person, the forms will also force the default printer to print a template document with the assured responses?

Hi Jedrzej,
Currently, Jotform does not support automatically printing documents directly from the form submission process. However, you can achieve this by using third-party services like email-to-print service or a script on the recipient's end to print the template document.
