Hi Dawid,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have Polish Support agents who can help you. So I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.
Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you want to save drafts of surveys. Jotform offers a feature wherein users have the option to save their responses to your form and return later to complete their submissions. This is the Save and Continue Later feature. A link will be generated which will be used to access the data without having to log in or sign up with Jotform. Let me show you how to enable Save and Continue Later on forms:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Submit button's gear icon.
2. Go to the Advanced tab on the Properties panel on the right.
3. Toggle the Save and Continue Later option to On.
When you enable Save and Continue Later, a Save button is added to your form. This button opens a save dialog, allowing your form fillers to sign up or log in to Jotform. They can then save and conveniently manage their drafts within their Jotform account.
At the bottom of the save dialog, the form fillers can use the Skip Create an Account link. This option enables them to obtain the draft link instantly or have it sent to their email address. The data will also be stored within the submission table under the Incomplete Submissions section. Drafts that are not submitted within 60 days will be automatically deleted.
You can read more about this through these topics in the guide How to Enable Save and Continue Later on Forms.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
