Now, coming back to your question, Jotform is compliant with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which governs businesses that collect personally-identifiable information from or on EU citizens. You can read more about this here. To show the form user's that your form is GDPR complaint, you can add a logo to the form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the + Add your Logo under the orange navigation bar.
2. Then, click on the Upload File button from the right panel menu.
3. Lastly, select a photo and that's it. (Keep in mind that it may take some time for the update to be reflected on your current form).
