Embed form is not working

Dzień dobry,

chciałbym dodać ankietę na moją stronę internetową. Jednak mam problem z jej zintegrowaniem. Po dodaniu kodu na stronie pojawia się pierwsza strona jednak nie można aktywować ankiety. Po kontakcie z dostawcą WebWave CMS stwierdzili, że wina prawdopodobnie leży po stronie Jotform. Czy możecie pomóc mi rozwiązać ten problem? :)

Now, coming back to your question, could you share with us the link of your website where you have embedded the form so that we can check it out? If that is not possible, it would help us understand the issue better if you could share a screen recording. You can use Loom and share the link of the video here with us.

Also, what embed code are you currently using? If it is not Iframe Embed code, could you try using it to avoid code conflict between your website and the form? Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.

2. Click on Embed on the left side of the screen.

3. Select Iframe.

4. Click on Copy Code.
