To get the submission data via email

Dzień dobry,

Chciałbym stworzyć dla firmy w której pracuje formularz na stronie, który będzie zgłoszeniem serwisowym danego produktu (produkty elektroniczne w branży militarnej). Firmie zależy na tym, żeby odpowiedzi były bezpośrednio wysyłane na daną skrzynkę mailową, ale żeby nie były w żaden sposób przechowywane na zewnętrznym serwerze. Prawdopodobnie odpowiedzi z formularza stworzonego za pomocą jotform też będą dostępne przez Wasz panel administracyjny, jednak mojemu szefowi zależy na tym, żeby żadna zewnętrzna firma nie miała dostępu do tych odpowiedzi, zależy nam tylko na samej funkcjonalności formularza.

Proszę dać odpowiedź czy można taką funkcjonalność zastosować w Waszym formularzu

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Polish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, You can set a Notification Email on the form, so it will be sent directly to the given email after someone has filled out your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add an Email. 

4. Select Notification Email.

5. Click on the Recipients tab.

6. Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field. That's it. You're done.

After someone submits the form, all their submission data will be stored in your Form Tables and Inbox automatically. Without sharing your Tables and Inbox, only the Form owner can access the submission data. But, if you don't want it to be stored in your account, you can enable the Auto-delete submission in the form by following this guide.
