How to send email based on user's answers

Dzień dobry,

chcę zrobić taką automatyzację, że jeśli wypełniam formularz za inną osobę i okazuje się, że jej nie stać na produkt premium, to chcę żeby jej automatycznie wysłać mejla z linkiem do tańszych produktów.

Czyli klikam, że osoba ma X pieniędzy i kiedy zakończę wypełnianie formularza osoba ta otrzyma automatycznie linka z tańszą ofertą.

Jak wykonać taką automatyzacje?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Polish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, you can implement this by using Conditions. You can Send an Email Based on a User's Answer. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, add an element to ask the form filler if they will purchase or not. In this example, I'll use the Single Choice element.

2. Next, create an Autoresponder Email. This will be the email that will be sent out when the form filler chooses not to purchase the Premium product.

3. On the left side panel, click on Emails and click on +Add Email to create an Autoresponder Email.

4. Customize the email body. For this example, I just added a sample link for demo purposes.

5. Click Save when you're done.

6. The last step is to create the Condition.

7. On the left side panel, click on Conditions and click on +Add Condition to add a Change Email Recipient condition.

8. Click on Save when you're done.

When the form filler selects "No, it's too expensive", they will automatically receive the email to a cheaper option:
