Dzień dobry,
chcielibyśmy podłączyć przez jotform bramkę payU, która będzie generować dla klienta link do płatności. My wypełniamy kwotę oraz e-mail klienta. Klient dostaje finalny link do płatności.
Jak to najlepiej zrobić u Państwa?
Pozdrawiam serdecznie,
Łukasz Kosior

Hi appwypozyczalnia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Polish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Polish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, understand you want to send your customers the payment link via email after they fill out your form. We have a guide about how to generate an invoice for your payment form that you can check out. If you want you can share the link to your form and I can check it out and help you with how to do it.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hi Cyrus,
thx for you quick response.
It is a little bit more complicated... I explain you in quick draft...
- We are testing new product for our customers - installments 0% via PayU
- How the order process looks in INSTALLMENTS case in our company
- Customer Add Product from our website do the shopping cart and making orders via WooCommerce
- WooCommerce sending order do our ERP
- Customer Service is checking the availability of ordered products
- The Customer Service employee must generate the order amount in PLN (each order other amount!!!) - that's way we need specific jotform -
- so the employee will fill the form and the Customer get only -
- Order numer
- Info about installments
- and payment link (from PayU)
Let me know it's that clear :)

Hi appwypozyczalnia,
It seems that you want to create products from your WooCommerce and that is beyond our scope. Alternatively, Jotform has also a way for you to add the products to your form. You can add a Product List widget to your form and add your product there. See the image attached:
You can also add a payment processor so you can accept payments in a variety of ways. You can check this guide to view all our payment processors.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi,
no, I don't want to have WooCommerce products in jotform.
I just want to have a form for the customer service employee (NOT FOR THE CUSTOMER) to enter
1. order number
2. customer name and e-mail
3. and will be able to enter the amount to be deposited - with a link to PayU - the only problem is that the amount in PLN will be different each time
Now is that more clear?
Best regs,
Luk

Hi Luk,
Thanks for getting back to us. If you'd like your employee to be able to enter details such as Order Number, Name, Email and a link, we can easily do that using basic fields. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left.
- Next, select the fields you'd like to add such as the Full Name, Email, Short text and number fields.
- Click on their label to rename each field accordingly.
That's it. We also have a guide on How to Create Your First Web Form that you can check out. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Reach out again if you need any help.

Hi Luk,
Thanks for getting back to us. We do have a PayU Integration, where it sends form users to PayU's payment page on submit of the form to make the payment. Is that something that'll work for you? It's currently not possible to send users a payment link via email. Let me walk you through it:
1. In the Form Builder, click on the Add Form Elements button.
2. After that, go to the Payments tab.
3. Search for PayU, and drag and drop it to your form to add.
4. Next, if the amount will be filled out, you will need to change the Payment Type to User defined amount.
5. Lastly, fill out the Merchant Key and Merchant Salt.
You can also follow this guide on How to Integration Form with PayU.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
