Now, let me help you with your question. I have reviewed your form and it appears that you have already included calculation values for the correct answer. All you need to do is add the Form Calculation widget to calculate the total points. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page and then click on the Widgets tab.
2. Search for the Form Calculation widget, and click on it to add. Let's label it as Total points.
3. Click on the Wand icon.
4. Click on the Add Field button and add all the Single-choice elements.
5. In Widget Settings, add the + operator plus sign after each field.
6. Finally, click on the Save button.

That's it. Based on the selected answer in the single-choice element, the total points will be calculated.
