Logika warunkowa: pokaż/ukryj pola na podstawie odpowiedzi lub wyboru użytkownika

chciałbym, aby po wyborze jednej z tych opcji (podkreślonych na czerwono) w kolejnych krokach formularza wyświetlały się inne pola w dalszej części formularza.

Czyli jeżeli wybiorę "pracownicy właśni) to żeby w kolejnych krokach formularz miał inne opcje i pola do uzupełnienia, a jak wybiorę " pracownicy zewnętrzni dostarczani przez Agencje pracy" miał inne opcje i pola do wyboru.

Now, let me help you with your question. Sure, you can show/hide fields based on the user's answer or choice. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of your screen.
2. Go to Conditions on the left.
3. Add a new Show/Hide Field condition.
4. On the next page, set up your condition’s rules.

For example, in this demo form, the conditional logic is as follows:

1st rule

• IF: Choices
• STATE: Is Equal To
• VALUE: Option 1
• DO: Show Multiple
• FIELD: 4. Option 1 and 5. Option 1

2nd rule

• IF: Choices
• STATE: Is Equal To
• VALUE: Option 2
• DO: Show Multiple
• FIELD: 6. Option 2 and 7. Option 2

5. Once you’re done, select Save at the bottom.
