1. Click the Pricing link in the navigation menu on your My Forms page.
2. Choose the Plan you want to buy and subscribe to on the Pricing page.
3. Check the I agree to the Terms of Service checkbox and select the Payment Schedule and Payment Method.
4. Fill out the necessary information and you're done. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
