Workout Planner Template

Workout Planner Template is a tool that can be used by anyone who wants to have an exercise routine and plan an individual's workout for five days. This document will surely motivate an individual to constantly practice exercise in order to improve his or her health and well-being. This will also serve as a reminder and a guide so that if the individual forgets his or her activities, he or she can always refer back to this document.

This Workout Planner Template contains five pages that have a start time, end time, and workout routine table. Each page corresponds to a day of the week which makes the planner easier to fill out, understand, and print. This PDF template is using the Input Table tool in order to display the workout activities into a table that contains the name of the exercise if the individual will perform it or not, the number of sets, and if there are any notes or remarks. This PDF template also has different images on each day that serves as a variation and make the template more engaging and inspiring.
