Here are the following web design services that were selected by the client:

The total amount of the web design service for one year underneath our $129 Package is $500.
The initial payment is $1419.
Payments will be made by Cash.
If payment method is via invoice, then the company will provide an invoice showing the hourly fees, and other expenses.
If the client decides to Upgrade their monthly Plan to a different contract their plan will be pro-rated!

After completing the project based on the approved design/plan, the client will be given 24-48 hours to decide if the project will be tagged as complete or incomplete. If incomplete, Tax godz Global will further assist the client with the same rate and apply the changes based on the requests of the client.

Client understands by signing this contract the term is one year.

Client also understands failure to miss a payment will disrupt service.

Client understands that any other work besides the initial Build will be a charge of $100 an hour before performed.

It is Tax Godz job to make sure the website stays functional and is working right mechanically.

Tax godz holds no responsibility in any hacking, phishing, or virus of any website.

Tax godz will due diligently try to fix any malfunction of such free of charge.

Signing this agreement is allowing tax godz global to start web-design services underneath the said domain, Tax godz has the right to dis-continue service from their hosting and release the clients domain if client is using the service in a harmful malicious manner. No refunds will be issued If clients decides to disconnect service in the future

All works created by Tax Godz & coding belongs to Tax godz global, client owns their domain the content and information. Anything built in the time will be allowed to user aslong as their payments are up to date.

The project or the services indicated in this contract is considered strictly confidential. The information about the web design services provided should not be revealed by both parties without written consent from both parties.

This contract can only be changed or modified by Tax Godz Global with the approval of the client. A new contract will be made if both parties wish to change a significant amount of content in this contract.
