- The vehicles mentioned are for referenceonly. If the requested car type and color are not available, another vehicle will be provided to accommodate the group.Vehicles are subject to on-site availability.
- Please review the vehicle's occupancy limit mentioned on this voucher. The drivercan refuse the reservation if the numberof passengers (including kids) and luggage exceeds the vehicle's maximum carryingcapacity; no refund will be provided.
- Our driver can only communicate in basic English. Customer service will assist with the English service. We adviseour guests to download WhatsApp as this is the only way for us to communicate effectively with our drivers regarding your tour.
- Cancellation is allowed up to 5 days before the service date, with a 20% operatingfee deducted from the total refund amount. No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 4 days prior.
- Changes in pick-up time and trip reschedules are not guaranteed, as they are subject to the driver and operator's approval. No changes should be made 4 days before the selected date.
- This service only includes vehicle usage, driver service fees, fuel, toll, and parking fees. The operator or driver doesnot cover personal expenses during theday trip, such as tour admissions, foodallowance, etc.
- Please manage your time properly, as ourdaily private tour is only good for 10hours (unless 12 hours is requested). Time will start from the agreed pick-up. An overtime service fee will be collectedonsite once the trip exceeds the purchased duration of your tour.
- For airport pick-up, a 60-minute grace period is included from the requested pickup time, while for city transfers and airport drop-off, a 15-minute waiting time isallowed from your requested start time;if you need more time, please adjust therequested time accordingly. Otherwise, asurcharge fee starting from ¥2,000 (depending on car size) will be collected for every additional 30 minutes added on top of the free time provided.
- If the flight is delayed, an additional 10% of the fare will be collected for every hour of delay to compensate for our drivers' effort and time. However, for canceled flights, we can offer an option to reschedule the pickup service at no additional cost. Please provide the necessary documents for validation purposes.
- A fee of ¥2,000 will apply if the pickup time is between 22:00 and 06:59,as this is outside our drivers' normal working hours.
- Lastly, our cars (especially bigger cars) might not be able to pass through someroads, as Japan's roads are smaller than usual. Please understand that we mightbe unable to pick it up or drop it offat some places.
