Your child has been selected to go shopping with Campbells Crew Cares. This is a very special event. Campbell's Crew Cares is a nonprofit that was started by a now 18 year old named boy Campbell. He has been raising money all year to provide families with a chance to go shopping before the holiday season and they would like to invite your children to participate!

Here is what the event will look like:
You will arrive at the Walmart on Rittenhouse at your scheduled time and check in with a Campbell's Crew Cares Volunteer. We ask that families arrive 10 to 15 min prior to their scheduled time in order to have time to get your child paired with a volunteer and answer any questions you might have. From there, thats where the fun begins. Your child will then have the opportunity to pick and choose all new clothes for themselves. While your child is shopping, we will have a couple little treats and snacks for you to munch on while you wait. This event will take about 1-2 hours.

All we need from you is to complete the Form attached for your Child/Children. This Form is Mandatory and your Child/Children will not be permitted to shop if we don't have your Paperwork. Please ensure to fill out ONE form PER child in your family. This event does include siblings, but we have to have their paperwork.

A volunteer will be assigned to take your child shopping! Once your child has been assigned a volunteer, then both your child and the volunteer will begin their shopping experience. During your childs shopping experience theywill be given the chance to choose of all their new clothes with the help of the volunteer. We ask that the parents allow their child to independently shop with the help of their volunteer/volunteers. Parents are welcome to stay at the front of Walmart and wait for their child to return from their shopping event. (You are responsible for getting your child to the assigned Walmart, at the correct Time on the correct date.)
