Description of Work / Scope of Work

This estimate includes the following: - 1.) Replace copper and galvanized water piping with new PEX water piping in main building's upstairs bathroom and kitchen, tying on to existing CPVC near stairs. - 2.) Replace existing Cast Iron drain in main building's basement next to stairs with PVC, tying on to existing cast iron at Hub/90 before cast iron exits building and extending up to existing PVC. - 3.) Roughing-in new bathroom in secondary building utilizing PEX for water piping and PVC Cellular Core for Drain and Sewer. This includes cutting/busting concrete if/where necessary to install Drains, and roughing-in for the following fixtures: (1) Water Closet/Toilet, (1) Wall-Hung Lavatory, (1) Kitchen Sink (in adjoining room). - 4.) Installing Sewage Ejector Pit and Pump on the Exterior of secondary building, and excavating to route 2" Schedule 40 PVC forced main to existing sewer cleanout near front of main building. - 5.) Installing Customer-Provided Fixtures in secondary building & Testing fixtures and pump for proper operation.

Exclusions (Items or Services Not Included)

Fixtures (Toilet, Wall-Hung Sink, Kitchen Sink, etc.) not included. This quote is limited to the scope of work listed above. Any/All materials utilized will be selected by Precision Mechanical. Water lines in both main and secondary building will be installed utilizing PEX piping, and Drain lines will be constructed of PVC Cellular Core. Forced Main Piping for Ejector Pump will be installed utilizing Schedule 40 PVC as required. This estimate assumes that ALL current/existing water supply lines, drains and vents in both main and secondary buildings in which we are tying onto are operable, of the correct size, and will not need to be reworked to be utilized. Any additional repairs to current plumbing system, additions or upgrades aside from the work listed above would be billed separately as an 'extra' service and at our hourly rate plus materials. All Containment to be provided by Customer (or their designated contractor) if desired. Any/All Repairs to Drywall, Masonry or Concrete not included. Electrical Connection for Sewage Ejector Pump is not included. Construction cleanup not included except for Precision Mechanical's Employees unused supplies and tools. Precision Mechanical is NOT responsible for any Unmarked Private Utilities not covered by our 811/Bud Marking Ticket (example: private electrical, telephone, etc.), and repairs to such utilities will be considered extra and billed either at our hourly rate plus materials or at the subcontractor's cost (if applicable).

This estimate is valid for 30 days after the date listed above. This is an Estimate only, and subject to change if conditions of the project change. All material is guaranteed to be as specified above. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from the scope of work listed within this estimate will be executed only upon written and agreed upon orders and will incur additional/extra charges over and above this estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, acts of God, or any other delays beyond our control. Customer and/or Property Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance while work is being performed. All employees of Precision Mechanical are fully covered by Workman’s Compensation Insurance.
