Adobe provides the best e-signature tool available with its Adobe Document Cloud eSign services. We're excited to bring this functionality to Jotform. Create your form as usual, add the Adobe eSign widget right on the page, and now your forms can be legally binding contracts via their secure signing service.

Want to know how your forms are performing and optimize your conversion rates? Try Form Analytics! This tool provides valuable insight into the performance of your forms. The Form Analytics dashboard display is customizable by date, allowing you to view your form's performance for the time period of your choosing.
