Star Rating: Unable to click on the ratings

    Hallo allemaal,

    Ik heb verschillende enquêtes gemaakt die ik vandaag wilde versturen. Ik gebruik het sjabloon waarbij de klant op de sterren kan klikken. Helaas werkt dit niet meer. 

    Ik heb geen mogelijkheid om op de sterren te klikken. Maar ik kan niet verder omdat de foutmelding verschijnt. Is da iets veranderd? Star Rating: Unable to click on the ratings Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your concern. I'm sorry if you're having difficulties with this. I checked this form to see if I can replicate the issue, but I was able to click on the Star Rating fields as expected. Check out my screencast below:

    I went ahead and cleared your form caches to refresh your form. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue, can you share with us a video recording of you trying to click on the Star Rating fields, so we can further investigate this? You can use Loom or upload it to Google drive and share it with us publicly. 

    Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

    Hey Neil,


    Thanks for your message. I refreshed the programme and then it worked. However, I have now created an email to send to our customers and then when I open the link it doesn't work again. It is frozen again. Unfortunately I don't have a Google account and can't use Loom.

    Hi Christin,

    Thanks for getting back to us, and I'm really sorry that this is happening. There seems to be a known issue, but our developers have informed us that this issue is now fixed. I checked and tested your form again to see if the issue persists, but everything is working properly now. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
