Integratie Salesforce en Jotform

Wij willen Salesforce en Jotform integreren.

Wat is onze wens?

1. Wij sturen naar een BESTAANDE Salesforce lead (Opportunity) een link naar het formulier.
2. Hier kan de lead (Opportunity) een aantal foto's uploaden.
3. We sturen het ID mee naar het formulier, dus dit zou een matched field kunnen zijn. Na het succesvol inzenden van het formulier moeten er veldupdates in de BESTAANDE Salesforce Opportunity plaatsvinden:
4. Fase/Stage naar 'Foto's ontvangen'
5. De upload file URL moet worden gevuld in daarvoor bestemde Salesforce velden op de Opportunity.

Ik kom er niet helemaal uit met het instellen van te ingratie. Zouden jullie kunnen meedenken?

Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you want to update an existing contact on Salesforce. To do so, you can use our Salesforce integration and enable the "Update record" option. By doing so, we can select a matching option that when a match is found between Salesforce and a new submission, the contact will be updated. Doing it is easy, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the column on the left, click on the Integrations tab.
3. Next, click on the Salesforce integration and authenticate it.
4. Under Select an action, select Create a record.
5. Select an object from the dropdown under Select a Salesforce Object.
6. Now, set to ON the toggle under Update an existing record and map the ID fields.
7. Then, under the Create a record map all the fields of your form that you want to pass to Salesforce.
8. Finally, click on Save Action, Save integration and Finalize.

By doing so, you will be able to pass your form data to Salesforce when the ID information will be matched. We also have a guide about How to Integrate Jotform with Salesforce that you can check out.
