Hallo,
De bevestiging die per mail verstuurd wordt, na het invullen van mijn formulier, moet naar twee mailadressen gestuurd worden.
Zowel naar de algemene mailbox van onze afdeling als naar het mailadres dat wordt ingevuld bij ''Email voor bevestiging''.
Dit wil helaas niet lukken...
De mail stuurt naar beide mailboxen niet. Kunnen jullie helpen?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry you're having difficulties getting that feature to work. I cloned this form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
Can you confirm if this is the form you are referring to? Or are you referring to another form? I have gone ahead and cleared your form cache in case it may help. We also suggest trying to remove it and then adding it back. Let me help you do that:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.
Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it:
- While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.
- Next, select Notification Email.
- Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field. Then, click on Save.
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
