    Echter jotform stuurt geen verificatiemails ... de mails komen niet aan

    Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you are having issues receiving notification and verification emails. We are aware of the issue and our developers are working into it. While we can't provide a turnaround time, we'll notify you when the issue is fixed.

    For the transfer of your forms, we can help you transfer your forms. We just need the following details in order to proceed with your request:

    1. In the ticket, list the form URLs that you’d like to move.
    2. Include the username or email address of the account you want to transfer your forms and data.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    after updateing to bronze subscription.

    as we speak all the system mails came in my inbox.

    So the matter is solved now.
