I am not receiving the Email containing the Verification Code

    Beste,

    Wanneer ik tracht in te loggen krijg ik de vraag om de verificatiecode in te vullen. Ik krijg echter geen mail in mijn inbox met deze code.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.     Now, let me help you with your question. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble logging into your Jotform account because you are not getting the verification code. I’ll do my best to help you out. I checked the email logs and could see that the Emails containing the Verification Codes were successfully sent to your Email Address. Also, it seems that the last Email with Verification Code was sent to you on December 1st. If you are unable to see them in your Email Inbox, please consider checking the SPAM folder. You can try to log in one more time and request a new authentication code.

    If the Emails with the Verification Code are landing in your SPAM folder, we recommend adding noreply@jotform.com to your mailbox's contact list to prevent it from blocking emails from Jotform. Another way is to Whitelist Jotform domains and IPs to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.
