Hi nedco,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I created a test form and was not able to replicate the similar issue you had with the Submissions Counter widget. We recommend placing the widget before the submit button. Also, removing that field/element and then adding it back should solve the issue. Let me help you do that:
- In the Builder page, click the Trash icon showing beside the widget.
- Then click the +Add Form Elements and go to Widgets tab.
- Type in Submissions Counter in the search bar.
- Drag and drop it above the Submit button.
Also, deleting and purging submissions affect the counter.
Let us know if you need any more help.
- In the Builder page, click the Trash icon showing beside the widget.

Hi Mary,
I deleted the widget and replaced it, but the same problems keeps encountering.
Do you have another solution?
Kind regards,

Hi Marnix,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the Brick Service Form? If so, I checked your form to see how the submission counter widget works, and it was functioning as expected. You have a total of 351 submissions, as confirmed both on the Tables page and by the submission counter widget, which displayed 351 as the total number of submissions. Take a look at my screenshot below to see my results:
Please note that the submission counter will increase by 1 each time a new submission is received. Therefore, the widget accurately counts, and the last displayed number represents the total submissions.
I have also cleared your form caches as an additional measure. Can you please check it again to see how it works? If the same thing happens, please let us know so that we can check the issue further.
Reach out again if there's anything else we can help you with.
