I want to create a Feadback Form.

Ik ben op zoek naar een tool waarmee ik op een makkelijke manier mijn eigen 360 graden feedback cyclus kan draaien.

Ik wil dus:

• Mijn eigen vragen invoeren
• Dat managers/medewerkers zelf kunnen kiezen wie ze uitnodigen voor hun reviews
• Dat zij zelf inzicht hebben in de antwoorden (zonder dat ik dingen hoef door te sturen etc.)
• Dat rapporten/de uitkomsten makkelijk in te zien zijn / te downloaden zijn

Is Typeform daar geschikt voor? Zo ja, hoe en welke kosten zijn daaraan verbonden?

Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you can use our Platform Jotform to create your Feadback form. You can use our Drag and Drop tool to add your preferred questions to the form. Also, you can invite those who can fill out this form by sending them the Form URL or invite them by Email. In addition, you can easily check your submissions on your Tables page after collecting the data from your users and it is easy to Download them as Excel, CSV, or PDF.
