Hello Guy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To let you know, the captcha is an anti-spam feature, and it usually appears when the system detects that multiple submissions are being sent from a certain IP Address in a short period of time. In order to prevent the spam submission in your form the captcha is being shown to the user.
In order to stop this, we need to whitelist your account from the backend, and you will no longer see the CAPTCHA upon submission in your form.
Could you please confirm if you still want to disable this feature from your forms?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hello Guy,
Thanks for getting back and confirming to us. As per your request, I have whitelisted your account from the backend. You should not receive the captcha anymore upon form submission.
Reach out again if you need any other help.
