Beste,
De laatste tijd ondervinden sommige medewerkers probleem dat ze geen verlof via ons formulier voor het digitaal aanvragen van verlof kunnen doen. We hebben al aan het nakijken geweest: er is geen verband met de site die men gebruikt (Chrome/Edge..).
Het is echt zoeken naar een speld in een hooiberg.
Kunnen jullie ons suggesties geven waar we moeten gaan zoeken?

Now, let me help you with your question. I'm really sorry that you're having difficulties with this. Are you referring to this form 201028821874050? If so, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
Can you explain a bit more about the issue you're having so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with a solution? Are the employees getting an error when they try to submit the form? I've also cleared your form caches as an additional aid. Can you give it another try and see how it goes?
