The form is to be used for one time orders, but also for delivery schedules.
Ideally customers can fill out a delivery start date, end date and delivery frequency (every week, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, etc.) per product.
So they only have to fill out one form instead of multiple forms. Most important are the start and end date.
The frequency per product would be nice to have, but if that doesn't work out than I can think of an alternative to this. Can you please tell me what the possibilities are?
Thanks again,
Kind regards,

Hi Laila,
Your form is already using a Configurable List widget to collect the delivery start date, end date, and delivery frequency for each product.
This widget allows your customers to add different products with the same row of fields so they won't need to submit a form each time for a different product. They could just add a new row for each product they'll enter. This is the best option I would also suggest if that's what you're looking to happen in the form.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
