We kunnen geen betalingen meer uitvoeren via Jotform.
Op het moment dat de betaling van Mollie moet starten krijgen we een error (in bijlage)

Hello Guy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re having trouble making payment in your form. Can you confirm if you're still able to accessed your form but unable to make a payment or you are completely not able to accessed the form?
If so, unfortunately, some Internet Service Providers in Belgium have blocked it. Until then, we've introduced an alternative domain for our users from Belgium.
If you open the form builder's publish tab you will see your form link on the form.jotformeu.com domain which is not blocked by any ISP as of now.
Also, I suggest using the form.jotformeu.com domain instead of the form.jotform.com domain. We will contact these ISPs from our side but it would be helpful if you can also contact your provider for IP blacklist removal.
But if you are able to access your form, just try to reintegrate your payment gateway and attempt making payment again to see what happens. If the issue continues, please share a screenshot of the console logs of the browser where the error appears and we will investigate further.
We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this.

Hi Guy,
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm really sorry that this is happening. I've cleared your form cache on our server to refresh your forms. Can you try to clear your browser cache, reintegrate your payment getaway, and test your form again using another card and see how it goes? If the same thing happens again, please take a screenshot of your console log where the error appears and send it to us. This guide will show you how to do that. You might also want to check out this guide about How to Get a Console Report from Most Common Browsers.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply but it didn't work
I cleared all browser history and even created a new form but still got the same error
It seems that in the early morning (until 8h) it has worked, same on yesterday ...
we edon't really use a card, it's an integration with Mollie

Thanks for reaching back to us. For us to investigate further, can you provide us a screenshot of the Console Log when the error shows? We have this guide on how to get the Console Log of your browser and how this guide on how to post a screenshot in this support thread.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution. -
