Formulieren worden niet goed geladen

    Sommige van onze leden kunnen het formulier niet openen. De meesten echter wel.

    Ze krijgen de foutmelding.


    Deze site is niet bereikbaar

    form.Jotform.com heeft de verbinding geweigerd.

    Ik heb juist zelf geprobeerd via mijn iPhone en dan krijg ik de melding dat Jotform mijn financiële gegevens probeert te stelen. Op mijn iPad lukt het wel.

    Hi Nozomi,Thanks for looking in to my problem.I just looked at the form and it was switched off? Did your team do this? I’m certainly didn’tI switched it on again and it is working fine now.     Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry this is happening.  Our Developer Team is aware of the issue, and they are working on it until the issue is resolved. Until then, we would highly suggest contacting your Internet Service Provider and creating a report about this. This way, it would expedite the process. Another alternative is that you can use the form.jotformeu.com domain instead of the form.jotform.com domain. Here's a screenshot as a reference:

    Indeed, Just adding “eu” behind jorform in het adresline does the job. In Safari aswel as in Firefox.
