Hi Taalpromotie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
I understand some of your users are receiving a form connection error when accessing your form. I've tested some of them to see if I can replicate the issue but everything seems to be working as expected. Please check out the screencast below for my results:
I cleared your form's cache which should help. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If the same thing happens again, could you let us know the ISP of the users who received the same error?
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi,
Thank you for the quick response. In the meantime, this issue has also arisen in another account within our organization. It is not clear why some people can access the forms while others encounter a privacy error.
Clearing the cache did not help. Can you investigate what's going wrong? Everything points to an issue with your SSL certificates.
We need a solution as soon as possible. it's currently impossible to use your service.

Hi Taalpromotie,
Thanks for getting back to us. There has been an issue with this and our Developer Team was able to solve this. It has been identified by our Developer Team that some European internet service providers have unfortunately blocked access to the subdomain https://form.jotform.com. As a workaround, you can remove "form" from the link and change it to "eu". You can use the link below:
https://eu.jotform.com/232831901878362
It would also be helpful if you can also contact your provider for IP blacklist removal.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
