Form does not open

    Hi,

    Een deel van de mensen krijgt het formulier niet open.

    Er zijn wel aanmeldingen en views, dus het probleem is niet bij iedereen.

    Waar kan dit aan liggen?

    Thanks for using Jotform. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your issue. We have a known issue where the forms using the link "form.jotform.com" does not work for EU users because it has been blocked by some Internet Service Providers (ISP). Our developers are aware of this and they are now working on fixing the issue. We will circle back on this thread once we hear from them.

    In the meantime, while they are working to fix the issue, you can copy your form link and replace the "form.jotform.com" part with "eu.jotform.com".

    It would also be helpful if you can also contact your provider for IP blacklist removal.
