I checked one of your recent forms and I was able to see the form without any error and successfully submitted a clone of it. Check out the screenshot below:

Hi Anthony, no worries, English is good as well!
I cannot submit this form: Reserveringsformulier Philharmonisch Gala (jotform.com)
It stays stuck at 'Even geduld aub...' which means 'Patience please...'
So nobody of the participants we asked to fill in this form can now submit it. Can you please solve this issue? Thank you in advance.

I tested your form and it was submitted successfully. I have cleared your account's form cache. Clearing your form caches is easy. We have a guide here on How to Clear Your Form Cache. I'll walk you through the settings to clear your form cache:
- Hover on your avatar and click Settings to go to the Account Settings page.
- Scroll down to the Form Caches section and click the Clear Cache button.
