Hallo,
Sinds vandaag krijgen wij geen geen informatie over de ingevulde formulieren meer binnen via de email. Op de website onder inzendingen staat deze informatie wel maar in de emails de automatisch vestuurd worden ontbreekt deze. dit gaat om meerdere formulieren maar vooral "Medicab Contact Form Duits" en "Medicab Contact Form". dus het emailadres en de opmerking krijgen we wel binnen maar de overige informatie niet meer.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
I will need more time to look into this issue. Once I have an update, I will let you know via this thread.

Hi Freddy,
Thanks for patiently waiting. I checked your email from the logs, but it shows that there are no emails received. Can you make sure that Jotform is whitelisted from your mail provider? You can also consider using SMTP to add more reliability to the emails that you will receive. Another suggestion is to delete the current notification email, and then create a new one. After that, please do a test submission.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
