Reprt Builder: How to download a report based on filter?

Goedemiddag,

Wij gebruiken Jotform voor evaluatieformulieren voor onze trainingen. Nu wil graag per trainer een rapport opmaken. Maar als ik het filter toepas, dan wordt het rapport opgemaakt obv het filter, maar als het ga downloaden, krijg ik het obv alle formulieren.

Hoe kan ik dat voor elkaar krijgen?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to the Download All button in the Submission Table? Did you mean that when you filter the submissions by the name of the trainer, you still get all the submissions for that form? If this is correct, unfortunately, you can only download filtered submissions if they are filtered using date range. You can also filter them by email, and then check the button for each before clicking the download button.

What I do now is the following: - I filter on all forms with "joyce":


Then I see the correct report (with everything from Joyce):

But when I try to download the rapport of Joyce, I get the download of all completed forms (from all trainers).

So I'm reffering to this download button:

Can you help me?

Hi Corry,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's great to know that you utilized the filter function. Now, to be able to download specific data reports, you will have to add the name of the trainer in the Advanced Filters. Check out my screenshot below for an example:

After you apply the filter, you can now download the report, and it only downloads the filtered data.

Thank you! This indeed helps a lot, but.... Only when the report is downloaded will not all comments be visible. How do I achieve that?

Thanks for patiently waiting. I understand that you would like to download the complete table of the submission report using the Report Builder. As a workaround, you can try to increase the size of the table layout. Here's the screencast on how to do that:
