Geachte,

Hi Murk,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, our Dutch Support agents are not available at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
I understand that you wanted to change the subject of the email sent after the form is completed. Yes, this can be changed on the email settings. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder and in the orange navigation bar click on Settings.
- Click on Email tab and hover your mouse over the email alert and click on the Pencil icon. In this example, I am using the Autoresponder email.
- In the settings, you can change the Subject and remove the Text. If the 'Project' is a field on your form, it can be selected from the Form Field button.
- This would make it so that the Project field value on the form would always be set as the Subject of the email.
- Once done changing click on Save to apply changes.
That's it. We also have a guide here on how to change the email subject or make it dynamic.
Let us know if you have any questions.
