Hallo,
Ik wil graag de betalingsmethode overzetten van PayPal naar creditcard, maar bij instellingen/facturatie kan ik alleen binnen mijn PayPal account de creditcard toevoegen.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. If you want to change the payment method of your subscription from PayPal to a Credit card, you need to first cancel the subscription on your PayPal account, and then upgrade your account using a credit card. You can check out this guide on How to Cancel Your PayPal Subscription to Jotform.
Once you have canceled the subscription on your PayPal account, you need to cancel your subscription on Jotform and downgrade your account to the Starter Plan. Then re-upgrade your account using your credit card.

Hi Anna,
I canceled the Jotform's billing in my PayPal account and changed my Jotform subscription, but cannot change the payment method

Hi Joshua,
Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your account and it shows that it shows that it is scheduled to downgrade on 2023-10-30. Once your account is back to the Starter/Free plan, you can upgrade your account and choose the new payment method.
