How to delete a submission that has already been approved?

And is it possible to delete one submission after it has been approved?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Deleting a submission after it has been approved is possible and easy, let me walk you through it:

1. In Tables, select the Approved submission that you want to delete.
2. Click on the Delete button in the top right corner, then on the confirmation window, click on the Move to trash button to send the submission to the Trash.
3. Next, if you want to permanently delete the submission, click on the Three dots icon on the first tab, and in the dropdown menu click on Trashed Entries.
4. In the panel that appears on the right, click on Select all.
5. Then, click on the Delete forever button.
6. Finally, on the confirmation window, click on the Delete button to permanently purge your trashed entries.

Please note, that if you permanently delete a submission, you will not be able to retrieve it as it will be deleted from our servers. So, before proceeding with this action, consider downloading your submissions first.
