What are the pros and cons of having to approve every submission?

I was wondering what the pros and cons are of having to approve every submission.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that you can use our optional Approval Flow if you want to approve or deny each submission request. Using an approval flow have multiple benefits as automatization, time-saving, customization, notification control. Check out this guide to learn more about our Approval Flow.

Also, if you do not need the Approval Flow, you can disable/delete it. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the left column, click on Approval Flow.
3. Next, hover on the Approval Flow and click on the Gear icon.
4. Choose if you want to Disable it or Delete it. (If you delete it, it will be in the Trash for 30 days before purging, definitely. So to delete it permanently, click on the Gear icon again, then on Purge and on the Confirm button).+
