Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Dutch, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
If you want to send submissions to your colleague, you need to add her email address in your email notifications recipient. There are two ways to do it. I’ll show you both ways:
The first is to add a recipient to your Notification Email:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- To edit it, click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the Notification Email.
- Then, under the Recipients tab, just enter a new email address.
If you do it this way, the recipients can see each other's email addresses.
The second way is to add a new Notification Email:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Click on Add a New Email, and choose the Notification.
- Now, under the Recipients tab, just add a new email address.
If you do it this way, the recipients can’t see each other's email addresses.
