Hi Richard,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The option you are referring to is unavailable in the time slots. You can select any time limit for the slot duration but it will remain the same for all slots. Although that feature isn’t available yet, as a workaround, you can try the Gift Registry widget instead. This will allow you to create time slots manually with different time limits.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hi,
So if I understand correct:
We can create our own timeslots (timeslots for 5 minutes or timeslots for 15 minutes or timeslots for 30 minutes), but ALL timeslots will be the same, correct?

My second question:
If a timeslot is booked by a customer, will it become unavailable for a new customer?

Hi Richard,
Thanks for getting back to us. You can create a custom slot duration, but the duration will be the same for all the slots, just like in the screenshot below:
As for your question about 'If a time slot is booked by a customer, will it become unavailable for a new customer?'. You can set your appointment type in your Appointment field to make the slot available to one person only or multiple people. Let me show you how:
- On the Form Builder page, hover your mouse over the Appointment field and left-click on it.
- Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the Appointment to open Appointment Properties.
- In the Appointment Properties window, click on the Advanced tab.
- Under the Advanced tab, in the Appointment Type section, click on Group, if you want more than one person can pick the same appointment date, or click One-on-one if you want only one person to reserve it.
Let us know if you need any more help.

Thank you for your help. What about this question:
If a timeslot is booked by a customer, will it become unavailable for a new/other customer?

Hi Richard,
Thanks for getting back to us. If you've set your appointment type to 'One-on-one' in your appointment field, it will be unavailable for the next or new customer. Check out my results in the screencast below:

Hi,
One more question: Is it possible to define the timeslots for every single, separate form?
Or are the timeslots defined for a complete account in the overall settings?
Thank you for your answer.
Regards,
Richard.

Hi Richard,
Thanks for getting back to us. It is not possible to have a time slot and appointment field on an account that can only be used once. You can disable your form after one submission as a workaround. You can disable your form in 3 easy steps. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder.
- In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the Form Settings window, set the Form Status to Disable on the submission limit.
Check out this guide on How to Enable or Disable a Form
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi,
My question is already answered. I can see that you can define separate timeslots for separate forms.
