Beste Jotform,
We zijn aan het onderzoeken of we Jotform kunnen gebruiken op onze WordPress website. Dit formulier komt in de buurt:
https://www.jotform.com/nl/form-templates/dierenarts-afspraakformulier
Groeten,

Hi Richard,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, it's easy to embed your form on the WordPress site. And, your data will still be saved at Jotform. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Embed in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Select the WordPress element and copy the code.
- Now, just paste the copied code on the website. That's it. You're done.
Check out this guide to learn more about our WordPress plugin.
Aside from this, if want to integrate your forms with external databases like MySQL, just search for the name of your database system on our Integrations page and follow the instructions given. Or, we can help you with it if you give us the name of your database system.
I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
