Max. upload ruimte

Ik krijg de melding dat de max. upload ruimte bijna bereikt is.

Ik heb alle formulieren van vóór 7 augustus 2023 verwijderd, maar de beschikbare ruimte wordt niet verminderd.

Wordt de beschikbare upload ruimte niet aangepast, als oude formulieren worden verwijderd? Is er een andere manier, andere stappen nodig, om de beschikbare ruimte aan te passen?

Hoi Alco,

Bedankt dat je contact hebt opgenomen met de Jotform Support. Om ruimte vrij te maken, moet je ook de inzendingen uit de verwijderde items te verwijderen. Ik zal je laten zien hoe je dit kunt doen:

• In Mijn Formulieren selecteer uw formulier.
• Klik op Inzendingen om Jotform Tables te opnemen.

• Klik op het icoon met 3 puntjes naast de titel van uw formulier.
• Klik op Verwijderde Items.

• Selecteer de inzendingen die u definitief wilt verwijderen.
• Klik op de Knop Voorgoed Verwijderen.

Bevestig het verwijderen en dat is alles. Na een paar minuten is de ruimte weer beschikbaar voor nieuwe uploads.

Ik hoor het graag als u nog verdere hulp nodig heeft.

Dank voor je antwoord. Ik had de bulk (> 200)van de inzendingen allemaal eerder verwijderd, maar de beschikbare ruimte wordt niet ´opgeschoond´.

Nu zijn recent 8 nieuwe inzendingen geregistreerd, maar is 99,33 MB in gebruik.

Prullenbak en Archief zijn ook leeg en nemen geen beschikbare ruimte in.

Now, let me help you with your question. After checking our system, the occupied space is 99.33MB. If the trashed bin is all clean, then it's possibly the 8 submissions have been occupying the space. That may due to the files uploaded are in large file sizes. Moving forward, you can consider changing the file size upload limit, let me show you how:

1. In the Form Builder, add a File Upload element to your form or select an existing one.
2. Select the File Upload’s gear icon to open properties.
3. In the properties panel on the right, go to Options at the top.
4. Turn on Limit File Size and set your desired minimum and maximum file size limit in KB.

Thanks for your feedback. I did add the max. file size option to the form, but it didn´t change anything.

Next I found out that all the 207 entries which I had moved to the trashbin were not deleted. The 30 day period had not expired yet for automatic removal I realised.

Next I removed the 207 entries manually, leaving 8 new entries, where the max. file attached to an entry is ~3MB. For the other entries, the files are less than 256 KB.

But after deleting the 207 entries, the space used to upload remains at 99.33 MB, for 1 form and 8 entries The overview (see screenshot) mentions 9 entries. Is there an hidden entry, taken up lots of space??

Bedankt voor uw feedback. Ik zie dat de verwijderde items nu inderdaad leeg zijn en heb ons systeem uw account laten herberekenen, waardoor het probleem nu is opgelost. Momenteel heeft u slechts 3,78 Mb van de 100 Mb verbruikt.

Ik hoor het graag als u nog verdere hulp nodig heeft.
