Mijn account loopt steeds vast. Ik kan enerzijds niet inloggen in het account (geen bevoegdheid?) en anderzijds kan ik het account ook niet opnieuw creëren omdat het al zou bestaan. Ik wil echt kunnen inloggen met dit emailadres. Is het mogelijk om deze account te verwijderen, zodat ik een nieuwe account kan maken aub? Hartelijk dank alvast.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account associated with this email address: hallo@digitaalhogerop.be and it appears that everything is functional. Can you try to reset your password? Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me take you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
